I worked for over 25 years in large corporate organisations leading business development teams. I reached a crossroads when I turned 40 and realised I wanted to do something that really played to my strengths – what I love most in the world is talking to people and creating strong, trusted relationships. I researched coaching and realised it was a great fit for me, so I trained to become a personal and business coach.

Now I coach clients and teams, helping them navigate challenging situations with confidence, getting unstuck, or chipping away at a problem so that it feels manageable. I leave my clients energised and motivated to make positive changes in their lives.
